I am a small hobby ,home based breeder of Olde English Bulldogges, located in Ontario, Canada. Some people say I am obsessed with my dogs, I say I am mildly obsessed...in a healthy way.
All my puppies are sold as pets to forever homes where they will receive the same amount of love I have given them while in my care. All puppies are whelped, weaned and socialized in my home, never outside. My puppies will only go to homes that understand the needs of this breed, so it is suggested you do some research on the OldeEnglish Bulldogge to make sure it is the right companion you are looking for. Because the Olde English Bulldogge is a breed under development, the importance of learning about the breed and the Breeder before you buy cannot be stressed enough. In addition, the breeding rules and regulations for all registries should be reviewed. As with many of the developing breeds, there are differences of opinion between the breed founder(s) and subsequently formed clubs and/or registries.
All pups will be registered with the Canadian Bulldoggers Association. Pups also come with all health records as well as a puppy package including a sample of food and lifetime support. They will also have a one year from date of birth health guarantee, 1st vaccinations and be dewormed. Micro chipping is available upon request. Puppies dew claws and tails have been un-altered, unless medically needed to be removed.
I do NOT ship my puppies to their new families. I personally feel shipping a puppy is not in the best interest of the pup. For a puppy, leaving it's mother, littermates and familiar sights, sounds and smells can be a pretty stressful experience. To put a puppy on a plane on top of all that, I just cannot do it. I am willing to deliver or meet half way if distance is too great. I do insist an initial home visit before delivery is scheduled so that new families can meet me and my dogs in person as well as see the environment the pups have been raised in.
Puppies are not sold on a breeding contract. If it is your intent to breed, please inform me upfront so I may be able to help choose a pup that would be suited for breeding. All I ask is that I am kept updated with any breeding/litters your pup produces. I am here for 24/7 support for the life of your new pup. I will answer any questions you may have or direct you to where the answers can be found. If for any reason in the life of your pup you find you cannot keep him or her any longer, please contact me. I will help to rehome and or take the dog back at any stage of his or her life. I don't think of the people who purchase my pups as customers or clients, but extended family. When a puppy goes out my door, a piece of my heart goes with them!
I offer any and all photos and information I have of your pup up until the day he/she goes home with you. While your pup is in my care, he/she will have been paper trained and the beginnings of being outside trained. I hope to have all pups go out my door with at least the basic training begun. I feel this helps make the transition from my home to yours easier for everyone.
Even if you feel one of my pups isn't the right addition to your family, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss this wonderful breed of canine. I am in contact with other breeders who may have a litter ready to be homed that might suit your family better.
***Please note, none of my pups come from Leavitt lines. I am currently in contact with the breeders in my dog's pedigree to obtain photos as far back as I can. So far I can trace back to the 1940's, but this is a work in progress. Bare with me!***
If you are interested in one of my pups, please be sure to look over the health guarantee and the FAQs. All emails will be responded to in a timely manner. References available upon request.
